Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Before requesting an exchange, we kindly ask that you take a moment to appreciate the craftsmanship behind your product. Since all our items are handcrafted or made using traditional techniques, each piece is unique. Variations in weave, print, embroidery, or craftsmanship are part of the beauty of handmade goods, not flaws.

A nominal return fee of Rs. 129 applies for exchanges or returns. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we'll gladly replace it or offer a full refund, free of charge.
