Since all our items are handcrafted or made using traditional techniques, each piece is unique. Variations in weave, print, embroidery, or craftsmanship are part of the beauty of handmade goods, not flaws.
At Canvastory,we take great pride in offering high-quality, sustainable products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your product. You can reach us at Care@canvastory.com or through your account.
A nominal return fee of Rs. 129 applies for exchanges or returns. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we'll gladly replace it or offer a full refund, free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please note that clearance items or those purchased during special sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

The product should be unused and in clean, hygienic, and unstained condition. The tags and labels should be intact.

Our delivery partner will pick up the product from you within 3-4 business days. Additionally, if we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup due to the unavailability of service to the provided pin code, please send the package back to us at the following address:-

All the refunds are processed back to your original mode of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made once you provide us with your bank details. The refund value will only be of the product and not the shipping costs levied during the purchase. Please note that refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse & all quality checks are completed & found satisfactory.
At Canvastory, we do our best to provide the finest quality products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot& variations. Actual product colour may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect the image's colour. Canvastory cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.
