1. Shipping Information

At Canvastory, we take special care in packaging and shipping to ensure that you have a smooth shopping experience and receive your products in excellent condition. We offer shipping across India, and orders may take 7 – 10 business days for delivery.

2. Shipping Charges

-Free Shipping: Available on all prepaid orders across India.

-COD Orders: Please note that a separate COD fee will be added at checkout

-Minimum Order Value: Free shipping applies to orders with a minimum value of Rs. 599/-. For orders below Rs. 599/-, a shipping charge of Rs. 80/- will be applied.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

-Prepaid Orders: Processed and dispatched faster than COD orders.
-COD Orders: Will be verified post-purchase before dispatch.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

-Order Confirmation: Upon placing it, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

-Tracking Information: A separate email with a tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

-Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before dispatch, the entire order amount, including any delivery charges, will be refunded.

-Lost in Transit: If an order is lost in transit by us, the full amount, including delivery charges, will be refunded.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. Due to unavoidable circumstances, there may be times when certain orders having been validly placed, may not be processed or capable of being dispatched. This may occur if stock is insufficient, or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

7. Courier Partners

We collaborate with multiple reputable courier partners to provide a smooth delivery experience. All orders are shipped via surface transport.
